    Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. Using the website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.1

    1.PRICES

    • All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia
    • All the product prices is including 6% GST
    • Product prices exclude the delivery charge.
    • The charge for your selected delivery area can be viewed in the Delivery Info section of the site

    2. PRODUCTS

    • All Products are subject to availability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
    • The order that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.
    • Product requests, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower from say, red to white, just put it down in the Add Comments about your order and we will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color. However, for more complicated requests, such as arrangements to your specifications, please contact us to find out if it would be possible. 

    3. ORDERS

    • When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, the recipient details and all necessary payment details.
    • Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full recipient details and your contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the order that any delivery problems are encountered.
    • Delivery is valid with minimum purchase of RM80 and above in a order.
    • As soon as we receive your submitted order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed

    4. Failed Delivery

    • If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), we reserve the right to charge additional cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

     

    5. Re-arrange Delivery

    • For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of Rm20 is applicable.
    • If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.  

    6. Returns/Refund Policy

    • Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.
    • Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A voucher, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.
